Most repairs run $150 to $500
You shouldn't have to call to find out roughly what a repair costs. These are real ranges. The firm figure gets written down before we touch anything, and that's the figure you pay.

What moves the price
- Door size and weight. A double door needs heavier springs than a single.
- One spring or two. If the door has two, replacing both at once costs less than doing it twice.
- Parts on hand. Common sizes ride on the truck, so most jobs finish in one visit. An unusual part means a second trip, and the second trip is free.
- Galvanized hardware near the water. On Bay Farm and along the shoreline it costs a little more and lasts considerably longer.
